  • coconut oil

Coconut oil is great for your skin, but why is even more interesting.  The sebaceous glands of human skin produce MCFAs (medium-chain fatty acids) like the ones in coconut oil, which destroy certain bacteria, fungi and viruses. While soaps wash away this sebaceous oil, coconut oil can act as a restorative, not only protecting the skin but moisturizing it as well and helping prevent scars and stretch marks.

Safety Note: It can be used with all ages, however, always test on a small area of skin for sensitivity. Pregnant women should consult their doctor prior to using. The information provided is for general use only and not meant to be a substitute for the medical advice of a doctor.
